Our history dates a century back, in 1922 when a small family leather processing unit (tannery) was established. For four generations now, we are engaged in the field of real leather, being passionate, experienced and dedicated to what we do and counting many exports all over the world. Since 2018 we have entered the field of manufacturing and processing of handcrafted leather products, made of leathers produced exclusively in our own processing facilities.
The production process begins with the sorting of raw leathers. Then, they are tanned with vegetable tannins in specially shaped wooden casks where they remain for several days. Later, they are properly processed to reach the right thickness and they are dyed. Next step is to dry naturally. After drying is completed, the care, waterproofing and final finishing (painting, waxing, polishing, etc.) of the skin follow. Upon completion of this multi-day process, the leathers are finally ready for use.
Next step is the careful sorting of first quality leathers for cutting patterns and then the stitching of the finished products, always using the most appropriate and quality materials.
